기존 순청시청 자리에 지역주민을 위한 공원, 커뮤니티시설 조성과 함께 새롭게 자리잡게 되는 공공청사이다. 순천만이 갖고 있는 자연적인 선과 원도심의 길을 내부로 연장하는 개념으로 공간계획을 진행했다. 내외부의 개방성, 유기적인 라인의 표현, 내추럴한 소재를 사용하여 순천시만의 정체성을 표현하였다.

It is a public building that will be newly established along with the creation of park and community facilities for local residents in the existing Suncheon City Hall site. Space planning was carried out with the concept of extending Suncheon Bay's natural lines and the path of the original city center inside. Suncheon City's unique identity was expressed by using internal and external openness, organic line expression, and natural materials.
